Lyndsey Uglow completed the Virgin London Marathon last month and raised over £180.00 for Leukaemia Busters.
In August 2008, Lyndsey’s son Ollie was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and thankfully now is in remission after a six month course of intensive chemotherapy. Lyndsey decided to support Leukaemia Busters in an effort of discovering new treatments for childhood Leukaemia, which are gentler, safer and more effective.
