Secure Construct’s Helping Hand

The construction company Secure Construct based in Chichester, Hampshire made a very welcome £5,000 donation in October to Leukaemia Busters from their positive impact pillar  scheme in the category of “excellence and really hope”.

Lewis Hannigan, Construction Manager at Secure Construct explained

Each year Secure Construct look to invest £20,000.00 of our profits back into communities which is divided into 4 categories with an award of £5,000.00 each. Our donation will help aid research. Our main motivation for choosing Leukaemia Busters as the charity this year was the fact that recently one of our employees 4-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Leukaemia and is currently receiving treatment at Southampton General Hospital. We are delighted to be a small part of such a worthy cause wish the charity every success in their research.

Dr David Flavell Scientific Director from Leukaemia Busters commented

It was a wonderful surprise to unexpectedly receive Secure Construct’s donation of £5,000 from their positive impact pillar scheme, money that will be a great help in achieving the charity’s research objectives. We are immensely grateful to Secure Construct for their generosity.
